Environmental factors predicting similarity across Georgian regions are broadly similar. In four data sets (Samtshke-Kavakeli, Svaneti-Racha, Tusheti-Khevsureti, all regions), 4–5 environmental variables (informant gender, informant age (SK &TK only), region (ALL only), elevation of community, and community as categorical factor) were fit onto ordinations that positioned informants based on which plants they reported (a) and which uses they reported (b).
